If you’re a fan of MOBA games then you’ve probably heard about Strife, the latest “second-generation” MOBA from Asiasoft and S2 Games. The game is currently in the closed beta phase, but will be open to all for a limited time next weekend.
Everyone seems to be getting on the MOBA platform these days and it doesn’t look like it’s going to change soon. So if you haven’t tried a MOBA game yet and are looking for one, Strife might be the game for you, as it is very friendly for beginners.
With the steady rise in popularity of MOBA games over the past few years, it’s no surprise that game developers and publishers are looking to make a MOBA of their own.
Things will seem confusing at first because Strife is a new game after all, but if you’ve had previous MOBA experience, I doubt you’re going to have a difficult time with Strife.

S2 Games’ next-gen MOBA game, Strife, is playable in Singapore this weekend, and for the first time outside of PAX Prime 2013, too. For those of you who haven’t heard, Strife is S2 Games’ second attempt at building their own MOBA ricebowl; the American company previously made Heroes of Newerth.
After Chaos Online, Asiasoft now aims to bring another MOBA game to six Southeast Asian countries. S2 Games’ Strife will be coming to Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam, Indonesia, and the Philippines after making its successful debut at PAX Prime in Seattle this August.
